No Return Policy

At Mama Bhanja India, we maintain a strict NO RETURN policy. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, specifications, and images before making a purchase. All sales are final once the product has been delivered to the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are ONLY applicable in the following scenario:

Transaction Failure / Order Not Generated

  • If payment has been successfully deducted from your account but the order was not generated in our system due to technical issues
  • If you have been charged multiple times for a single order
  • If payment confirmation was received but the order failed to process

Refund Process for Failed Transactions:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact our customer service within 48 hours of the transaction
  2. Provide Documentation: Share the following:
    • Transaction ID/Reference Number
    • Bank statement showing the deduction
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation
    • Date and time of transaction
  3. Verification: Our team will verify the payment details with our payment gateway (3-5 business days)
  4. Refund Processing: Once verified, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days

Refund Timeline by Payment Method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Not applicable (no advance payment)

Important Notice

Once Product is Delivered:

  • NO REFUNDS will be provided once the product has been handed over to the customer
  • NO RETURNS accepted for any reason including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Size issues
    • Color variation
    • Product not meeting expectations
    • Damage after delivery

Before Purchase:

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Read all product descriptions carefully
  • Check size charts and specifications
  • Review product images thoroughly
  • Contact customer service for any clarifications BEFORE placing the order

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood our No Return Policy
  • All sales are final once delivery is completed
  • Refunds are only for failed transactions where orders were not generated
  • No product exchanges are available

Damaged During Shipping

In the rare case where a product is damaged during shipping (before handover):

  • Must be reported immediately at the time of delivery
  • Delivery must be refused if package appears damaged
  • Once accepted and signed for, no claims will be entertained
